Outbound B2B Telesales Representative

We are searching for talent and achievement...could that be you?

Do you have experience of telesales and generating business?

If so we have a vacancy for a B2B Telesales Representative. You will have proven outbound B2B telesales experience. We are interested in ambitious, dynamic individuals, hungry for success. Applicants who are keen to 'own' something and treat it as if it was their own business. Duties:
Working as a telesales representative you will be expected to:

  • Sell our products to business users over the telephone
  • Give quotations verbally and via email
  • Arrange appointments
  • Monitor and manage the sales process
  • Report on work progress to a Director on a weekly basis


Required skills and expertise:

  • Will have telesales experience along with an excellent work ethic and the motivation to be successful in what is a competitive market
  • Be able to generate and manage your own sales leads and fix appointments with new and prospect clients
  • Have strong organisational skills, positive attitude and persuasive personality
  • Have good communication and listening skills, a polite and friendly manner
  • Be clear and confident over the phone with the ability to deal with negative responses from customers

Background in similar telesales environment essential
